management services are final and non-refundable.

the nature of our services, which involve administrative, operational,
and planning costs, refunds cannot be issued once services commence or
agreements are executed.
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Payment Errors: Duplicate or overpayment due to processing issues.
Unfulfilled Services: Services explicitly agreed upon but not
initiated due to circumstances caused by Hanex Developments LTD.
Regulatory Non-Compliance: Transactions voided due to changes in legal
or regulatory requirements.
3. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the client must:
Submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the payment.
Ensure no part of the service has been executed or delivered.
4. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to

The request must include:
Full name and contact information.
Payment details (date, method, amount, transaction ID).
A detailed explanation of the refund request.
Any supporting documentation, such as proof of duplicate payment or
service agreement.
5. Processing Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and
issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Clients will receive confirmation of the refund status by email.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Services have been initiated, delivered, or partially executed.
Cancellations or changes requested after project work has
commenced.
Disputes unrelated to payment errors or non-fulfillment of contractual
terms.
